For bulk orders, the total fulfillment and delivery timeframe may extend up to 18-20 business days. Ridorn reserves the right to deliver high-volume orders in multiple consignments to ensure safe transit and product integrity.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your state of residence. Prices may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at the time of order. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Errors and Inaccuracies

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. The U.S. has no federal statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases; our 14-day policy is a voluntary commitment to your satisfaction.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where permitted. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us at mail@ridorn.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, order number, and that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
