Payment Security

All transactions on ridorn.com are processed securely through Shopify Payments, on Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout — the highest level of payment security certification. Your payment details are protected with SSL encryption during transmission, and full card details are never stored on our servers.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a conversion fee — this is outside our control.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please verify your billing details and try again, or use an alternative payment method. For persistent issues, contact your bank or reach out to us at mail@ridorn.com.

Refunds

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, all orders are subject to fraud screening. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or unauthorized. If your order is flagged, we will contact you at the email address provided.
