1. Where We Ship
We ship to residential and commercial addresses across all 50 United States. At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.
2. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend required. The free rate is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and U.S. public holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
4. Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment cleared, we need 1–3 business days to verify, quality-check, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility.
5. Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, most orders arrive within 5–9 business days. Combined with handling, your total estimated delivery window is 6–12 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Factors outside our control — severe weather, carrier capacity, peak seasons — can occasionally extend these windows.
6. Carriers
We ship through trusted international and domestic logistics partners. The carrier is selected automatically based on your location, package weight, and the fastest available route. Carrier details are included in your tracking notification.
7. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is sent to your email and WhatsApp (if provided) within 48 hours of dispatch. If tracking information hasn't updated after 48 hours, please allow an additional day before contacting us — carrier systems sometimes lag.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please notify us within 3 business days so we can open an investigation with the carrier promptly.
8. Packaging
Every order is packed securely to protect your items in transit. If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging upon delivery, please photograph it before opening — this helps us resolve any claim quickly.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at mail@ridorn.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of confirmation, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Ridorn.com is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors and your building management before reaching out.
11. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us at mail@ridorn.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it and are not liable for delivery failure due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
12. Address Changes and Order Cancellations
Address changes and cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed for dispatch. Contact us immediately at mail@ridorn.com with your order number. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.
13. Public Holidays and Peak Periods
Processing and delivery times may be extended around U.S. federal holidays and during high-volume periods such as Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas, and New Year. We recommend ordering early during these windows.
