1. Our Commitment

We want every Ridorn.com order to exceed your expectations. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply and without unnecessary back-and-forth.

2. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this window will not be accepted. The U.S. has no federal statutory cooling-off period for online purchases; this 14-day window is our store policy.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging with all accessories, tags, and inserts
  • Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, or missing components.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling by the customer

5. How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Contact us. Email mail@ridorn.com with your order number and reason for the return. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photos.

Step 2 — Receive instructions. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving approval — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Step 3 — Ship the item. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in return transit.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect item: We cover 100% of return shipping costs. No questions asked.
  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge restocking fees.

8. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the amount to your account.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days of approval, first check your bank account and contact your card issuer. Processing delays are common. If the issue persists, email us at mail@ridorn.com and we will investigate.

10. Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variant, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

11. Defective or Damaged Items

Received something defective or damaged in transit? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail@ridorn.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

12. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will dispatch the correct item or issue a refund immediately, and we'll cover all associated shipping costs.

13. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are dispatched. To cancel, email mail@ridorn.com within 2 hours of placing your order with your order number. Once an order has been handed to the carrier it cannot be canceled; you may return it under this policy after delivery.

14. Partial Returns

If your order contained multiple items, you may return individual eligible items. Only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping charges remain non-refundable.
